Diane and Michael have over ten years experience in running and hosting sophisticated cultural events with a difference, throughout Europe.
Highlights have included the much acclaimed William Wordsworth experience - a weekend organised for twenty-five guests in the Lake District where the great poet grew up - with a specially devised talk given by the director of the Wordsworth Trust on Wordsworth’s autobiographical poem, The Prelude. The setting was a beautiful room with panoramic views of Ullswater Lake. Equally memorable was a Theatre Weekend in Shakespeare’s Stratford upon Avon with good food and wine at a four star hotel. A Royal Shakespeare Company actor injected originality and humour into a wonderful guided tour of Stratford itself and a superb performance of Henry IV Part 2 completed the weekend. On another occasion, at Vienna’s Hofburg Palace a group of twenty guests in white tie and tails danced the night away. This was preceded by a special dinner at the renowned Anna Restaurant at the Sacher Hotel.
